riot definitely forgot about the heal cut patch…… hopefully that 40% cut is suffice, time for bruiser going adc items
What's weird is that kinda makes any ADC item that doesn't have crit behave like a mythic: You'ill only get one because you'll need the other 4 slots to reach 100% crit
