What is MR?
Putting Camille into A tier is VERY optimistic.
She's terrible right now, because she has only 1 spell to play with in lane (W so over nerfed it doesn't do anything) and because there are no walls on Top lane.
Removing armor and MR runes means Assassin will just be even more deadly with lethality and magic pen which will cause ADC to suffer even more from the one shot problem… on top of indirect buff to stormsurge. Ridiculous balance change…

Dont even bother adding top supports please, because i just had my first gold game of the patch just now, it was greeeaattt ….. i had my adc lock in senna, this seems ok and we go into game. I start to notice i feel a bit under powered when trying to execute minions including failing on killing a few, its a t this point i realise i have the debuff on me "the support" , i also add i have not been able to farm a single stack of my "support" item…. i then realise my adc has the *ing support item and has not only farmed the entire wave, but has farmed my support stacks completely too, and i then proceed to have this debuff for the 1st 12minutes of the game, in ranked, while playing correctly, building right, reading patch notes, but i am the one now way behind and punished for being good? this is an absolute joke of a "FIX" instead you made it even worse on the supports who are not abusing the system….. better nerf irellia ! i wont even bother queueing ranked until next patch because i have enough of spoon feeding bad adc's, i dont need the absolute grief this has made possible …

The only thing that seems clearly wrong is keeping Karma still. The shield AP ratio is insane for midgame, and she even got her base health increased. I'll be shocked if these buffs don't significantly affect her, and I can't understand how you could possibly think that she'll be in the same tier that she was in previously.
i was suprised to see karma support honestly, if there is one lane she is good its top haha, as a karma top player, the main default was the lack of damage, there 20% ap scaling on the q are nasty nad the shield is reallygood as well !
