MW3 Resistance wave 130 World Record Survival Mode – Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

Continuing where I left with Dims3535 five months ago (wave 90 WR) – this time with my high round zombies partner ChristianR87. I wanted to try finding as fast strategy as possbile like usual and the one we tried first turned out to be the best. Our target was wave 100 and then suicide but since juggernaut waves were going by so fast we decided to continue some waves further. We were going to suicide after wave 130 but ironically got killed before that. Previous World Records on Resistance (Xbox360) were set by aSg DimS & GI3 GFGx (wave 125) and La Novocaine w/ his partner (wave 126).

  1. Let's determine the maximum number of rounds you can virtually play using mathematics.

Based on footage from the YouTube video, we can determine that it takes around 100 LMG rounds to kill a "normal" enemy, for which you receive $275. By analyzing the data, we calculate that at round 16, you need approximately 25 LMG shots per kill, represented by the function y = 0.66x + 14.38.

To sustain your ammo supply, you need to kill three enemies to finance a refill. With both LMGs fully loaded, you have a total of 800 rounds. Dividing 800 by 3, we find that you can't exceed 267 bullets per kill. Substituting y = 267 into our function, we solve for x and get a value of 381.

Thus, the maximum number of rounds you can theoretically reach is 381. Considering you only managed to get to round 130, you only reached 34.12% of the possible rounds. There's certainly room for improvement!

Shame on you for falling short!

  3. Tip, Technique, and Trick: Using the P90 Against Juggernauts is Highly Effective. Additionally, the LMG you're currently using might be less effective against Juggernauts and heavily armored opponents. In my opinion, the MK46 is the best choice for quick firing and moderate reload speed among LMGs, while the PKP PECHENEG becomes especially useful after passing wave 60.

Before that point, consider sticking with the P90 (with its 300-round capacity clips) and the weapon dropped by defeated enemies until you acquire the FAD. Keep the PKP LMG for Juggernaut waves, and use the FAD and P90 for swift action during regular waves. This strategy should help you deal with different challenges effectively.
