  1. Dude I got the dwf model 2 days ago but not sure what hdr monitor settings and window’s settings you configured for this video.
    Love to know the settings.
    Thanks in advance

  2. Great monitor looks so good. I bought one of these for sim racing but at full screen it looks “squished” horizontally. Is this a monitor setting or an in game setting?

  3. What settimgs do you use , issue i have is once i turn hdr on in windows it looks a little washed out less punchy in games , i have the newest firmware.

  4. Looks incredible but I feel like WoW would be the worst game ever on an OLED. Play for super extended periods of time with static elements everywhere. If there was no burn-in issue I'd buy one instantly.

  5. wow, that game looks incredible on that monitor. like its made for it. the colors really pop out. iam watching this video on an sony oled tv. but my current old monitor is really bad with his whitening, washed out colors, light gray blacks, weird black popping off edges over everything in the game. i even cant see color difference when its bright. lol, i really need to change my monitor.

  6. Have you tried HDR? Win11 Auto HDR works with WoW. It’s stunning but I struggle with white text and UI in general being too bright.

  7. I can get the odyssey g8 Oled right now but this on is not in stock would you recommend waiting for this to save some money or get the g8 they are practical the same form what I read

  8. Thanks for the video brother. I have one question, Im about to get one Ultrawide monitor, native resolution being 3440 x 1440. My question would be, can ultrawide monitors lower their resolution to the ultra wide version of FHD 2560×1080?

  9. Hey bro I got the monitor yesterday. I also play evoker lol. I'm with 4090 but i7-12700k and get 10-20 fps less than if I had 13900k since WoW benefits from CPU more than GPU.

Anyways when you're in main city and get to 60-90 fps with all ppl around do you get any weird monitor behavior with GSYNC on like slight flickering? Or when logging into the game I noticed with frame counter it goes down to 15hz / 15fps with GSYNC and flickering is intesified. Is that a case for you in WoW?

I've read that ppl say OLED or QD OLED have flickering with GSYNC on on lower sub 30 or 60fps but I don't know if ppl try to normalize the issue or it shouldn't be a case at all.

I have new VESA certified DP cable coming in with locks at both ends and will test it.

Monitor works well and doesn't flicker in its test mode at all. All rhb colors, gray and white are stable and good.

Only GSYNC causes issues but not on high framerates but once I'm at 80-90 it acts a bit weird and even when I use chrome while playing WoW (since it's borderless windowed).
