I've historically had a really hard time sticking to eastern developed games. South Korea, China, Japan because they always add these weird elements and kawaii stuff. I would definitely give this a gander but I wouldn't be surprised if they add those elements I am just not a fan of. It's what took me out of lost ark and I was so optimistic about that game.
Give me a solid story arch with real focus on the core of the game and I can live with the other stuff.

The only thing insane is the grind. The term Asian Grinder exists for a damn good reason. You wanr a pretty MMO? Amazing graphics? Go play Black Desert. Then see how fun grinders are.
