I would love a battle for azeroth type of expansion with no new zones. Complete focus on the old world revamp and a all out war between horde and aliance. Cross faction is a nice update for some and maybe even needed. But what realy got me in to Wow was the while horde and aliance vibe and this hatred and war with eachother. And to have the ability to choose youre side. It made world cobtebt so intresting and dynamic. With big groups fighting of raiding ogrimar or stormwind. Would love some world events where there will be sieges duribg the day in the capital cittys where you need to defend or fight against eachother. And focus on the racial aspect of races. Like updated racial mounts that only the rzce youre playing can get. Ground and flying mounts. Pin down on the racial heritage sets and ad some racial weapons to it. Maybe some racial skils what comes with the specialazations or somthing. I am probably also one of the few who ectualy liked the warfronts haha. And to come back on the whole cross factions i do realy like that ones you made youre character and the side you choose on tjat one that you will have a other experience as the other side of the faction. It makes it so much fub for replayability. I was a horde player from tje start and during shadowlands i finaly started to play as aliance from the ground up. And men a whole new world went open for me. Absolutly loved it. Would love to come back to the root of world of warcraft.
Honestly it's such a happy accident that the Bronze dragon flight has existed in the lore for so long. Chromie giving us different timeline options is such an elegent way to tidy timeline issues

The fact that places like stratholme has been burning for 18 years, that orgrimmar has been half built for a long time and that the world in general dont change is enough to make me want a revamp of it.
Would love to see orgrimmar expand and include a harbor and things like that, orgrimmar compared to stormwind is way to small.
Also also forget that in the portal room, directly forward when you come in, are staircases blocked by gates. They can literally just add a second floor, same as orgrimmar has a downstairs because they ran out of room.

I hope Anduin won't come back in Dragonflight. This would be the same as MOP and i think it will do better if Anduin would show in future expansion.

Really hated the orc and undead asset updates. The iron horde style looked like booty. The undead just seem kinda lazy

…Okay, I’m pretty sure this is clickbait, but fine, I’ll click 😄. I’ve been saying they should do this (again) for a while.
The way the story is revolving around a "mysterious looming threat to all reality." almost reminds me of lead in series comic book franchises do that lead up to a Crisis level event. It's like all these portends of "A Great Coming Darkness." makes me think of the last couple of years of DC Comics that have now led up to Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths.
With waking of land, is the reason dragon isle is being unfolds. Waking of land, land is azeroth. So waking of last titan? Azeroth?
I cant see Blizz doing a full worldwide revamp like they did in Cata, that was a massive undertaking at the time and the team was much larger and more experienced then the current team, even then they scratched their heads trying to figure out how to pull it off. That being said I think 10.0 and 11.0 will be what wraps up the events of Cata and over the course of those two expansions we likely will see a reclaiming of Kezan and Gilneas to wrap up the story of the Worgen and Goblin displacement with a strong focus around the elemental planes, who knows what they will do there. I think if we do end up revamping the world it will probably come in stages over various patches a little bit in every zone every patch until its completely different by the end of 11.0 allowing the player to contribute and take part in the restoration of the world, wouldn't that be the ultimate way to put the events of cata to bed by repairing the damages all over the world Deathwing caused? Something tells me Undercity and Darnasses wont be part of that though, that those changes will come in 12.0 when we start to move into the closing themes of MoP.
They should do what they did with the outlands by making draenor, just revamp the world and blend in the burning crusade content so it all makes sense finally.
I'd really love it if they would update the old armor and weapon assets as well, I feel like it would add a lot to transmog and make people go out to do older content more
im leaving ffxiv slowly with WoW .. i see a lot of nice stuff changing in WoW and i really like dragonflight is cool… idk im at the point in endwalker where its just zzz like the ending of the game of the ff mmo 🙁 oh well WoW is very fun.
