  1. The problem with sims is that you either have injuries off, so it's predicting what would happen if all players stay 100% healthy (an impossibility in the post season), or injuries are on and you end up with freak scenarios that determine the outcome of an entire series, like a team losing their entire top line for the rest of the season, or the starter and a top dman being injured and it just kills the team.

  2. I just finished a season 1 of a franchise and the cup final was Anaheim and Buffalo. And it was with updated rosters and Anaheim won 4-2. They're only player in the late 80s was Gibson. Buffalo at least had Eichel.

  3. Are EA simulations ever right?

    Uhhh in 2018 it predicted Capitals to win, in 2019 it predicted blues to win and in 2021 it predicted Vegas to win(I know Vegas hasn’t won yet but they’re in the final 4)…The simulations from EA that I do seem to be accurate
