World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is the eighth expansion pack for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) World of Warcraft, following Battle for Azeroth. It was announced and made available for preorder at BlizzCon on November 1, 2019. Originally scheduled for release on October 27, 2020; its release has been delayed until November 23, the sixteenth anniversary of the release of the original game.
The expansion will open up the Shadowlands, the realm of the dead in Warcraft lore. It will feature the game’s first “level squish” and a completely overhauled leveling system, access to the Death Knight class for the races that did not previously have access to it, Covenants in the new zones, and new dungeons and raids.

MSAA is set to 2x & Shadow's are set to "Ultra" instead of "Ultra High", I tested Ultra High in my RTX 3090 WoW video, Ultra High was way to demanding there combined with Ray Tracing, it just destroyed the performance.
During the Garrison part I switch between Ray Tracing ON & OFF to compare the FPS.

i have a 3060 w ryzen 7 5700x and keep gettin 45 fps (max graphics) on valdrakken, is that normal ?
I5 11400f. 3060 12g. RTX off, fair shadow's. ground particles low. Almost 60fps when nonone is around me. Main town 30-40fps
could you make a video doing bg 40×40 and raid please?

i just bought a gaming desktop that came with this graphics card the 3060 but man im playing wow and the image is horrible compared to yours it gets blurry or pixelated when zoomed out even a little and just doesnt look as smooth any suggestion
The detail is amazing, you can actually see the sadness in the players eyes.

Novice here, I was under the impression that a setup like this (3060, Ryzen 7 5800x) would run WoW at 100+ FPS at all times, Would you recommend buying a 3060 or is there better performance to be had in WoW from something like a 3060ti or 3070? Is the difference negligible or worth it? Would you just run lower settings for a higher frame rate?
My current laptop can only run shadowlands up to the "2" graphics setting, 3 causes pretty obvious frame rate issues and lags pretty bad. I got an acer nitro 5 with rtx 3060 and ryzen 5 5800H 16gb of ram on the way and im fucking stoked to play wow on it when it gets here.
