Let's go!!! So pumped they added a performance mode! It looks and feels so much smoother to me, and I will definitely be continuing to play on performance mode! What video mode will you all be playing on? The update also included a few bug fixes, but it was mainly to add the performance mode. i just got my copy on xbox series s but it dont have that selection
For some reason I still don't have the performance mode option. I have the latest update including royal Liverpool course. I go to settings / visual and heartbeat moments is the last option. 🤔
I'm on series s.
The game seems more choppy (visuals) the last few weeks too
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.
When I switch to performance mode it gets really blurry
Hey Ryan, I have a buddy that has a Xbox S series and I have the Xbox X series. He did not get the 60 FPS update where I did but when we play together and I'm on 60 FPS his game skips so I had to put mine at back at 30 FPS so he and I can play. Just thought you'd like to know that 👍
I was hoping the 60fps would help the broadcast camera view. Unfortunately it hasn't. They need to fix the broadcast camera.
so glad they have added 60fps, it runs so well, before that when setting up putts and pitches etc, every pad move was very jerky and off putting(mind the pun).
Nice update but unfortunately this game is growing stale due to the lack of online play options. Basically, this is a single player game only. For some reason, it's like they cannot implement turn based modes for online play when golf is a freaking turn based sport. Weird.
Hello Ryan, thanks heaps for your very informative video much appreciated. We are in Australia and we couldn’t find an update for this. Do you know if it has been released here or not? It’s my 75th birthday today 😊 so could easily have missed something!!
Going to give it a try now. I wish EA would make online private match be turn based and not simultaneous.

Is it true that the series s will not have this update? It is not a PC, granted, but neither is it an xbox 360.
The series s is still pretty powerful.
Other than it being a little darker I personally don’t see much difference
Edit: the smoothness is definitely the most noticeable more fluid and relaxed
Now I think I will get this game. Because after playing the 10hr free trial, I couldn't stand how slow the swing mechanics were. Thus, I didn't buy it. Now that 60 FPS is here, and the swing mechanics look a lot smoother, I can see the difference, and now I will get this game. Thanks Six-penny.
Definitely 60fps what I’d like to see next is when you go in deep rough that it feels like your in the rough it needs to drop down to 50/55% lie
Looks and plays great at 60fps…. Sony x900h upscaling looks immaculate …….smooth gameplay ….we got something now Gamers !!
