Call of Duty

CALL OF DUTY: Tips for playing BETTER

Now updated for Black Ops 2!

Further Notes on Sensitivity:
10 sensitivity is NOT necessarily the best sensitivity, despite what people in the comments may post. Whilst you can turn much faster, you cannot consistently make fine adjustments to where you are aiming. This is crucial when you are in a gun fight with another player and are being inflicted with flinch, as flinch forces your aim off-target. Having a lower sensitivity allows you to make micro modifications to where you are aiming, effectively enabling you to counter-act the effects of flinch. That being said, use the sensitivity you feel the most comfortable with. There are pros and cons to each end of the spectrum.

  1. I believe that there is much more to surviving than just "aiming".  I believe that mentally, most players simply believe that they can get kills anytime he or she wants.  For example, most of the people that I play with who die several times I see sprinting all around the map with no goal.  Also, most players simply don't utilize perk-to-player combinations effectively.  I describe more on staying alive in Call of Duty over on my channel.  Please come check it out!

  2. I hate spawning on a part of a map where my gun is weak at and I have to run my ass through open area to get shot up. Same goes for being able to defend. You really can't do anything if an enrmy has his sights on you.

  3. well i played scar on mw2 –> easy 20 kills a battle, then now in mw 3 i use as a 3 round burst gun, almost same results as with the m16, and on mw2 vector and usp tac knife, together with extreme conditioning and lightweight –> easy 41 kills 2 death; but lightweigt is no more , not as good any more XD
