  1. I question everything you know about football. Are you seriously going to put OK St and some paddles, over a Penn State whiteout? Even their regular games are nuts. Lol

I can understand them not being #1. But not even top 5?

  2. I’m an Oregon fan, but you can’t leave out Ohio State horseshoe, Penn State, and Michigan. They’re tougher than Oklahoma State. I have to disagree with JD.

  3. I’ve been to is Clemson at night and yes that stadium is top 5 worthy. LSU and UGA no brainers, Florida (when they’re good), and I would even throw Florida St in the mix too

  4. ~ Lee Corso and Keith Jackson said Autzen Stadium was the loudest…… Those two men have been to every majore Stadium in the country…………………………..

  5. Bro not Beaver Stadium for Penn State ? I was at the PSU v Ohio State game in ..2011 I think ? 111 decibel. It was insanely loud. It's been recorded up to 122 there. That place is insane

  6. If you look closely in the deep dive they released weeks ago you can see during the “stadium pulse” it actually shows the stadiums toughness ranking. Unless they make changes they had:
    LSU# 1
    Penn state#2
    Georgia #3
    Bama #5

So we know 4 out of the top 5.

  7. The Big House with it’s current capacity would be so loud if it was built like Autzen or Husky Stadium. Those northwest stadiums have no capacity but are very loud because of design. Big wasted opportunity there. Also only having one tunnel leads to unnecessary interactions.

  8. For someone who hasn't been to Autzen to put us #3? I'll take it. It's called The House of Loud for a reason and I hope you can make it out for the Ohio State game to bump that slot up at least one spot. And let's remind them all on the advent of this game IT NEVER RAINS IN AUTZEN STADIUM! SGO DUCKS!

  9. My top 10:

    #1. Tiger Stadium (LSU) 102,321

#2. Beaver Stadium (Penn State) 106,572

    #3. Neyland Stadium (Tennessee) 101,915

    #4. Kyle Field (Texas A&M) 102,733

#5. Ohio Stadium (Ohio State) 102,780

    #6. Bryant-Denny Stadium (Alabama) 100,077

    #7. Sanford Stadium (Georgia) 92,746

    #8. Michigan Stadium (Michigan) 107,601

#9. LA Memorial Coliseum (USC) 77,500

    #10. Memorial Stadium (Clemson) 81,500

    Honorable mentions:
    Jordan-Hare Stadium (Auburn)
    Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (Florida)
    Autzen Stadium (Oregon)
    Kinnick Stadium (Iowa)
Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium (Texas)
    Milan Puskar Stadium (West Virginia)

  10. Clemson is insanely hard to win at. One of if not the best home field records in the last decade. They had 40 straight home wins, and the street was broken by a 1 point loss. Memorial stadium is electric, no matter the foe

  11. Go with the records of who wins and loses the most at their stadium. There are some teams who have crazy records at home. I wouldn’t say Alabama is the loudest place to play, but it’s been historically hard to win there.

LSU doesn’t lose many home games. Penn state is crazy loud, but OSU and Michigan roll through the white out game regularly.

If you want loud – Mississippi State’s cowbells are nuts! The only thing I would give you on this whole list is LSU.
