My opinion, they will make an announcement about it during the BCS Championship. Or at least during one of the New Years Six bowls.
The NCAA football games reached more than just hardcore gamers. I knew people who could care less about videogames but still had a 360 solely for NCAA. They're gonna want to get the absolute biggest audience possible for the reveal trailer. And when would that be?
The Super Bowl. One of the most highly watched pieces of entertainment year in and year out. They could do it during the college national championship but id argue that the super bowl is an even bigger audience. They definitely wont wait till april for the reveal trailer, However, Thats probably when we'll start seeing the marketing kick in full gear and we'll get official blogs, gameplay clips, in depth info on gamemodes and such. But the SuperBowl is where i think we'll get that first official "COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS COMING BACK THIS SUMMER GET HYPE" trailer.
They could release this game with 4 conferences and only 8 teams out of each and I'd buy it, I'd complain that it's not what it was but I'd absolutely buy it…that being said I hope that it is everything we all hope it'll be!

I want some type of story mode for Road to glory not a predetermined one one where I make my own destiny have cutscenes or have press conferences we've never had them in Madden I'm not talking about face or the franchise mode that doesn't count I'm talking about like 2k if we had a career mode like 2ks it would be awesome 2k always has an awesome my career except for 2k18 that one was trash

During bowl season you'll see some images??? EA was still hiring people for this project in March and April so we're still early in development and planning. Still working out agreements with conferences, intities and individuals. Of course all of that is running dual tracks with game development and the desire to do something that presents a comparable but different experience than Madden.

The trailer will come out during the bowl season giving them about 9 months to fix the bugs more than likely. Because remember the heartbeat at the start of the playoff where there was a beat at everyone anticipated a game coming out I think it will be in the bowl season before the peach bowl.
We will hear about it in Dec but want get anything until may 15 an it well released 2 to 3 weeks before madden do
Hopefully they insert espn or cbs like they use to do but this time we get to choose what commentary to use
With the lack of games present for the ps5 and xbox series consoles they could advertise this game with a flip book by candle light and it would sell. When a company holds exclusive licenses there isn't much to prove. Hell madden proves that every year. Want to play college football? Then you gotta buy from EA. Slogan should be E A Sports we are the only ones allowed to make this game.
