Hope this helps someone. I play BR and ordered the amp, issue is my mic doesn’t come through not sure If I just had a bad unit but I kept looking around was able to confirm the audio drop only happens on a wired connection. If you use a wireless headset the drop is minimal when you enable the mic. I ended up with turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2’s and they are amazing @ $120 they’re worth every penny you can always find a cheaper set but if you want to use your mic wireless is the way to go for iPhone or iPad. I can’t speak on android but it appears to be the same.

Hi jokesta, new streamer here, where do u plug your headphones? Cos wheneger i plug mine in the dock connector, my hdmi audio goes off and its just either of the 2. Whenever i plug mine on the laptoo/pc, game audio goes mono automatically even though i turned it off on my iPad. Thanks a lot and I hope you could help me. 👍
Turtle Beach makes a Recon 70 which has prewired surround sound. 39$ at Walmart. Makes a world of difference…
can you use an otg for this or do you need a usb port to 3.5 mm jack?

Jokesta is a good player but he has no idea about Audio.
The 7.1 5.1 whatever.1 is already being done by the game engine, the 7.1 in your headphones is trying to improve it but actually making it more "mushy".
All you need are good headphones with clear sound separation and big sound stage… K701, K712 Pro or the ones I use for mobile gaming Koss KSC 75.
Not big sound stage but comfortable, ears don't sweat and you can play for hours.

I play on my 11 Pro Max and I use AirPods and hear foot steps just fine with them and I’m not entirely new to COD Mobile and I’m pretty good at the game, but I don’t know how settings work since they’re way different than Cold War, but foot steps seem to be just fine for me, but if I can hear them even better, I’ll definitely take that opportunity lol

You turning on 7.1 in your room expecting me to hear a difference on my phone. 😆
For basic stereo needs, there's not need to spent a of money. You can buy KZ IEMs for cheap and they have decent bass to hear enemies out.
Funny how there is a mono setting while most phone I tested switches to stereo mode everytime I plugged headphone in. I though by default is always stereo.
Also, even if bluetooth headphone have terrible lag, the latest TWS do have decent lag for gaming. Soundpeats Sonic feels almost lag free (crackling included).
One of the cheapest way is to get any KZs and tune your phone EQ, try to boost the bass a little bit.
Which adapter you used for hyperxcloud 2 without any errors???.. pls can you reply jokesta.. you have used one adapter and another one cable or usb hub .. pls reply

I know this is an old video but do you know how to fix an issue with the headset connecting properly meanwhile the microphone will not? As soon as I press the microphone icon in game it disconnects the headset entirely and can’t talk or hear.

Thnx a lot jokesta I just applied ur audio settings with low quality headphone it works absolutely great. But it was too late l paying game 1 year now not understand audio settings codm. It too complex comper with pubg.thnx bro keep it up 🤘👍
