I think nesxt Fifa, you should be able to ask to go to a specific club or go to more realistic clubs, for example you are in a random club and you want to go to Real madrid so you can ask your agent to find you an offer to go to Real Madrid.
In eafc 24 you should be able in create a club you should in-port your own badge
pes has it i think pes 17 where u can use your career team in kick off
1. They should add the option to 'dive' as a player to try and get a foul. Also get a yellow card when the ref spots it.
2. Add staff and make them more important.
3. Injuries should be more realistic, with medical staff coming on to the pidge or so.
4. When you want to change clubs as a manager there's always only one league at a time.
They could show the clubs that are interested (little or high interesse) in you as a trainer.
Next to it you could have clubs without trainers and so on. So much un-used possibilities.
5. Would be nice if you could change your shirts every year. Maybe go so far that you can even change the colors.
6. Ways to upgrade a stadium or add options to your stadium to get more income or new sponsors. Sponsors will give you new options for shirts and so on.. That would be kind a cool. I mean there is so much you can do with this game. Unreal how it stayed the same for all these years.
7. Would be nice if clubs really had their own identity. Like if you're a low class club your management wants you to play park the bus or something like that. A club that realy doesnt buy big players and only wants you to push te youth.
8. Interviews with players and / or managers before/after games. Better press conferences are a must !!! xD
9. Online career mode would be insanely awesome.
10. Would be nice if there was a mode where you can be either ref or be sideline ref.
These are just a bunch of things that already should be in the game if you ask me.

Next game, we need to have stadiums where fans can actually stand up and watch the game. All the stadiums in the game are all seaters at the moment, and, especially in the lower leagues of England, it would make the game a little more realistic. Also, EA should add a feature where you can actually watch the draw for tournaments like the FA Cup and Champions League. You can in Football Manager, and it's about time that it's in Fifa/EAFC now
They need to make it that people in the crowd don't always have the most recent merch on, for example irl people would wear jerseys from the 90's or something not just the new ones
For the import career mode teams to kick off, they had that as a feature for FIFA street on the ps2
Being able to get sponsers on the create a club kits and getting transfer budgets based on the sponsers we for example, sponsered by Emirates or and you get like 25 million as a base budget and a bonus of 15 million if your team scores 15 headed goals or volleys
Ref career mode
we need a system for PCM(Player career mode) you can negotiate your contract, just like in MCP(Manager career mode) and if you are happy or not, you can change all that from Squad hub you can also change if you like the playtime, team performance and the contract, the player performance will be decide by the manager depending on your performance
you can renew your contract too, for more money, for more years etc.
if your contract expires you will be a Free agent and you can get new contracts
you can have achievments(idk if i spelled correctly :>) and if you complete them you can get traits and they can boost your stats or smth like that
have a relationship with your team mates, if you have a good relationship, then they will pass more, if no they wont pass that much to you
add sponsorship agreements (PCM) , this is a good suggestion since we want EA Sports FC more realistic, your sponsor can request to you to wear some of theyr boots or bracelets or armbands or headbands for money, you can negotioane the sponsorship agreement for more cash or more years or terminate it, based on what you would like
more faces for youngsters or promising players
a more modern and good looking menu
more celebrations and more accestiories for PCM and MCP
remove womens from the game, make an add on for that cus literally no1 plays women football

There should really be a game mode where you could go back in time to prior seasons like 2009-2010 for example, and when you went back in time the kits would change, and the players would change, and maybe they could add like those lines that they had on the old TVs to make it feel like your watching an old broadcast
I play player career mode all the time and all I want to see is it being more like the Journey mode. More cutscenes and more about the palyers personal life aswell.
They need to have live career modes where you can start a career with a team as it currently stands in real life. You could save someone from relegation or get that title race over the line
we should have community uploads like 2k, you can upload your team designs and import images or logos for other people to use as well.
In EA Sports FC, I would like to see the Liga MX and other Mexican Leagues and cups, since LIGA MX has a big fanbase, I'm it would help the popularity, especially Club América VS Chivas rivalry.
We need asian champions league.And more league from asia
1: in fifa 24 I would want a thing in the player career mode like when you move clubs, you agree terms with the team your moving manager just like when your signing a player on manager mode.
2. I'd also like to see TV funds on the game, being a thing you can enable in the settings. What this means is that you can upgrade the league more, for example making the Irish league have 2 spots in the UCL.
3. I would like to see a 48 team tournament mode, seeing as the world Cup and etc will be 48 teams instead of 48
4. MORE NATIONAL TEAMS!!! I mean by like Russia, North Korea, Egypt, Algeria, South Africa, Senegal, Nigeria, Cameroon, DRC, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Japan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Haiti, Burkina Faso etc
5. I'd want more leagues!!! (Ukrainian, Russian, etc)
6. I'd want more realistic retirements so you could like get zlatan for around 3 – 4 years
7. More realistic values of players
8. Live Career mode
I’m not that into fifa but I got fifa 23 I just playing player career mode I just wish it had a real story like 2k I would enjoy a lot more
I think we definitely need the players going around the stadium clapping and players celebrating with fans if they win something

It would be so good to agree a friendly match in the winter on smth when theres no league in carrer

If your team is losing by like 3 goals your fans should leave early like NBA 2k
They should do something like nba where you can choose to play in different eras
I want to see youth academies in carreer like from the journey where you had the trials. It would also be good if you could start as an academy manager then worl your way up
