Anything BUT 2K. 2K had an opportunity to add more matches out of the 3 years they’ve been absent, and they haven’t. GRAPHICS LOOK GREAT. Everything is good, but these match types are lack luster. Maybe EA will give us better match types

You really tried to overplay the whole it’ll take a few years if EA takes over like we haven’t waited 4 damn years for a good game after 2K19🤣🤣 20 was abysmal Battle grounds was fun for some but not appealing for many others and though I personally have liked 2K22 the bugs and glitches and crashes I’ve seen and heard about they don’t deserve to make these games anymore!

Starting from scratch isn’t supposed to be as bad as 2K made it seem in 2K15 they just SUCK!! They’ve earned every bit of losing their contract for WWE games!
I dont think 2K gets what Wrestling Fans want and I'm incredibly dissapointed if WWE2k22 is what they'd consider their make-or-break game. They knew WWE would decide between them and EA after looking at sales numbers and this is what they came up with? I concur that this is possibly their best game of the last years, but it still lacks half the effort that was put into these games decades ago. Their new game modes are jokes and they havent even touched on Universe Mode.
I legit believe they do not play their own games. They are trying to listen to fan feedback I truly believe that, but they dont get it. The MyGM mode shows everything thats wrong with them. Rating system for matches? Already in the game but whatever, lets focus on a new and worse one. Midcard or tag team titles and feuds? Already in the game but whatever, nobody cares for that. More than 3 matches a day? Like, what, who wants that?! More than the most basic matches for your everyday bouts? Already in the game but whoever made MyGM didnt seem to have access to them somehow? What are the managers doing? Are the people in 2K even talking to each other like HELLO YOU DONT HAVE TO INVENT THE WHEEL IF IT ALREADY EXISTS JUST TAKE THE DAMN THING AND MOVE ON. I'm not mad at them being lazy but you can be smart lazy, right? You dont have to be like Madden. Which was made by.. aw shit.
So if its EA or 2K then the best thing would be both of them at the same time, but they wont do that. They'd both rather not develop a wrestling game at all if there was any competition. So whoever gets the call, we're doomed.
The fact that EA patches in fighters for free in the UFC games is a HUGE deal to me and is one of the main reasons I want them to take over! At minimum there’s no way they could do worse than 2K20 and 2K15 because they’ll have them as references of what not to do lol
HELL YES!! I’m sooooo here for this! I know people bitch about EA and micro transactions but I’m sure many of you don’t play NBA 2K because they’re Waaaaaayyy Fuckin worse!!! Plus I’m so sick of 2K, despite the fact that I’m actually enjoying the game thus far, just give me EA just to see what they could do!
I'm sad that ea is the other option. I don't like either. I don't think either are particularly good at what they do. Personally, I'd much rather see a company you wouldn't expect to make a game like this make it. I've played the latest UFC, Madden, NHL, and NBA games. Not impressed. Those ideas would break a WWE game, and both companies are companies that are just going to try implementing the same strategies in all their games. Could you imagine trying to create a superstar, but all the attire is locked? Game would fail instantly.
2k is a joke they need to go!!!! 2k20, and 22 are a JOKE 2k22 can't connect to servers as of March 12 2022 universe mode is UNPLAYABLE it keeps crashing and kicking you off the game. I have no downloaded community creations all my stuff is updated I've done a hard reset and still nothing they had 2 and a half yrs to work on this game so there's nooooooo excuse for it 2k you're FIRED!!!!!!!!!

I would be pissed off if EA takes over the franchise now. I did think it would be a good choice back when 2k20 became a shit show. But now that 2K has finally started to listen to us with what we want I would be concerned about things being done by scratch. I would be concerned about gm mode being removed again before there was any chance of ithings getting added to the mode and the controls changing again when i thing 2k finally got it right.
Something I don't understand is the hate that EA gets AFTER dealing with 2K for so many years (since 2013!). How do you have a license for 8 years and still have a lackluster experience brainwashing people into thinking "there's always next year". I can't think of a single business that would allow that. It's not super new features that is needed in the game, it's basic professional wrestling features and aspects that have been in the on-screen product for over 30 years. Can you imagine any other fanbase where it's deemed acceptable to play in a manner to let the CPU win matches because "it's more realistic that way"? What? If you had basketball games where you couldn't do post up dribbles, layups, 3's, free throws, etc., there would be a riot. Can you imagine a football game where there was no PAT attempts or Booth Reviews, etc? Every other sports game has the basics nailed and struggle with conceptual stuff, whereas the wrestling games are suffering in their most basic departments. If you can take the issues that THQ gave, then take the issues that 2K gave, you can give EA a chance. In fact, if EA got the license, the same people who are saying they would never buy will certainly buy it because they've shown this same "forgiveness" behavior to 2K and THQ, so nothing will change with those types at all. It's easy to mention bad EA games, but you can also mention bad 2K games as well, so I for one am willing to give them a shot at this point.
They honestly need to move on, go back to THQ & Yukes
