I wish we had more quests like this in BfA, I got so fucking sick of Anduins constant whining, I wish they would just kill him off and replace him with Sky Admiral Rodgers, now THERE is a chance for some "moral grey" storytelling, basically a military takeover in the best interest of the people and then the Alliance can actually start being the aggressors again, instead of being the Hordes punching bag.

You know shit is wrong when the king, he who has openly condemned the Horde as something that needs to be purged is against Jaina's dark deeds. And by allying the Kirin Tor to the Alliance doesn't help things either thus they are responsible here too, not to mention he wanted them to join the Alliance by any means necessary too.

On watching this again I notice you have a certain level of choice here. Impair or kill the dragonhawks, mow down panicked civilians or just the guards. Even so, this quest chain did not make me feel like a hero of the alliance.
If you know the lore Arthas killed mostly of the blood elf population leaving them in the brink of exctintion, you can understand how fked off is this quest when Jaina initate a massive purge on Dalaran killing innocents sindoreis in the middle , obviously this doesnt make her better than Arthas or Garrosh than also make the same in some point of he story
