  1. I loved doing the Disengage jump trick with my 19 twink hunter in MoP. I combined it with the Posthaste talent so I got a 60% movement speed increase for I think it was 6 or 8 seconds. It would be so useful for pvp too. I would often run towards casters and disengage over them to get behind them and cancel their cast. I was so skilled at Disengage jumping that I was able to do a 360 spin, once I was turned 180 degrees, I’d disengage, and then continue spinning to complete a full 360 spin. I was deadly accurate with it. I could also climb buildings with it.

  2. Priest mind control was a huge thing in Wotlk in arena, I would play a discipline priest in arena 2v2 with a affliction warlock dps, and the strategy was after burning the opponents dispell trinkets the Warlock a I would apply our DOTs on an opponent then I would mind control him and the Warlock would control the other opponent with fear or spiral or succubus sleep, or pet silencer. And GG.
Sometimes a Holy paladin would actually kills his own teammate with a holy smite thinking it would heal but since the mind control victim was seen as non friendly it would deal damage, they would stand all confused in the middle of the arena after killing thier partners lol.

  3. As a hunter fighting paladins back in the day I used this trick. You needed to drain there mana to kill a paladin. So I would use freezing trap and viper sting to allow the paladin to chill in ice with mana ticking away helpless.

  4. As an Alliance priest… mind control incoming Horde on AV bridge, leap off. Doesn't count as a PvP kill, but PvE… the victim will suffer durability damage.

  5. Reading the comments about the hunter disengage are kind of yikes, from both sides. The main reason people are bringing it up is that this is a list for "hidden spell interactions" and that's not hidden, at all. Yes, it's difficult to get a perfect 180 degree angle but at the end of the day most people, even mythic raiders, aren't going for a perfect 180 degree angle, they're just going for whatever forward momentum they can get with it, the closer to 180 the better but so long as you aren't going too far off course then it's going to be a net gain.

  6. There was missdirection + FD combo, which allowed you to pull only 1 mob from the pack, very very usefull in pve. Rogues can (could, im not playing the game for 3 years) use sap and pickpocket without stealth (shadowdance). Voidelfs racial teleports you to the ground if used in the air (life saving if you havent slow fall), blood DK had hysteria spell back in WOTLK which similar to priests shadow word death slowly drains your health while giving you some burst (making immune to poly, sap, blind). There was an axe in old scarlet monastery, that could porc bladestorm on autoattack. Ive seen a DK doing bladestorm in acherus once

  7. In WoTLK the DK ability corpse explosion had a fun interaction with the hunters feign death, where you could explode the alive hunter and they could move around lookin like a pile of meat
