It's disliked so much because it shows a lack of effort and polish from the people who made it. If the community starts to accept this as "good" it only encourages future productions to be just as bad and allows the developers to slack off more. You should always push for better within the game industry and encourage good productions because at the end of the day a company is always going to strive for MONEY over effort and time.
Keep in mind this was a trailer, 1 among many, to get people back into WoW. Quantity over quality is never good.
I liked the style of the vid! Horde & Alliance can work together! The war crap is over! I myself am Horde & a random Alliance player helped me with a elite overworld boss! We went around farming them for about an hour together!
I always wonder why everyone showed Machinima logo back then, its not like they were sponsored or anything 😆
