The vintages versions are only in packs limited time. There has always been vintage Ltd's. Also you can use all TOTW cards to get 9/9 boosts but that only boosts the newest cards. So basically u can have your 1st week TOTW 9/9 and add just Likely and get + 2 stats
EA didn't drop packs for totw because of all the Game Time and AKA make rights flooding the market. Aka cards dropped way too low. So drop a set only promo to absorb all the excess. They should have dropped the make rights today tho. Would have saved Aka losses and made Totw cards cheaper today. Good idea but poorly executed.

My theory is that they didn’t expect Saquon to perform so well this week and instead of obviously awarding him the LTD they probably already had him listed as a Most Feared captain
