This game is the longest I have ever played a football game. I love the gameplay, the different cards. But everything else like you said is beyond frustrating. This game had potential to be amazing and still can.

i get it you have only played 2k UT game modes the past 7 years but there is only one king of UT game modes and its always been FUT.
No other game mode comes close to competiting with it over the past almost 20 years now.

All of EA's resources go into FUT.
FUT made EA sports 5 out of their 7 billion dollars last year from pack sales
EA gives 0 shits about american football no one plays these games compared to FIFA so that is where all their focus and resources goes to
play FIFA this year and you will be shocked how many free packs you get, how easy it is to make coins, the rewards, the cards and how many promos there are.
everything you want from MyTeam and CUT is in FUT and guess what FUT is still insanely money hungry more so then any other game i have ever seen in my life besides maybe 2k24 and now 2k25
but yea since this is your first EA game welcome to the circus where the only game mode that matters to them is FUT and the people who play MUT and now CUT just ignore it and think EA cares about their little sport and complaning will do something.
FUT had massive masive scandals last year giving out the best cards in the game for free and EA did nothing but say whoops sorry and move along to try and sell more packs

I work overnights. I can't even dream of being awake when content drops. But i usually watch these videos and hear about the disappointment while I'm getting ready for work.
