Love this pole and have it on a few. I just looked this up yesterday to see which others can get it. To bad the account-wide rep isn't in place for that though.
For those that don't want to get the pole, the underwater breathing potion from WoD is the easier to make on an Alchemist (I made both last week) and lasts for 1 hour. It uses very easy to get fish (Crescent Fish & Abyssal Gulpers). It could be relatively cheap on the AH (the Classic one was 250g each the other day).

Unless you want an item. Then you have to grind it out again and again.
If played old school style levelling and not chromie time then chances are you've already accumulated a lot of rep questing through Northrend.
