For the Jet Gun quest, I’m pretty certain that in order to have the Groundskeeper zombie spawn, you need to kill zombies under the Dark Aether cloud. Mine didn’t spawn in for 20 minutes until I looked online and saw someone say to try killing zombies under the cloud.
Bowling Egg also has a dark Ops challenge for a score of 300 that can give you a weapon charm as well
Hmmm, I may try reactivate the beacons that give you the second collection device for the main EE

you can also get a ray gun from the bank vault but i think only with a legendary loot key, at least thats the only time ive seen it.
also im still wondering whats up with those two glowing windows (one above the hardware store, and one in the back of the second floor above the Grease Trap diner)
edit: also the other two oddities I've found are the two payphones that can be shot/meleed off their hooks (fried chicken place and front of the bowling alley) and the rack of candles in the church that laugh at you when you interact (across the room from the SDG machine, left side of you enter from the front)

I understand that he wants to keep pumping these videos out as fast as he can while the game is brand new for the views, but the quality of the content is really starting to suffer. There's a lot of missing information or info that is simply untrue (see gold ray gun short for example).
