Just kill Doomwalker, Sha and all other world bosses on all your alts every day. Each boss giving 1 token.
Don't waste time watching this : he just says what we all know which is getting to 100 tokens to unlock the achievement which allows you to spam dungeons/raids to get token on each boss/run. Nothing new, nothing interesting, nothing relevant in this video.
Well, a full LFR yields 680 TW Badges if you convert the tokens, so that's quite a good way of farming imo. I have 18 alts, so getting 12k badges per week is gonna be huge.
Edit: also pick up the weekly for an additional 300 badges per alt.
TL;DR: get to 100 tokens by completing Khaz'Algar weekly stuff and spam the BRD LFR if you want to get everything done asap
