Fun fact: at level 13 with mortal reminder + full stacked black cleaver you get 87% armor reduction
(30% armor pen from lvl3 ult / 33% armor pen from mortal reminder / 24% reduced armor from black cleaver)

Buffing him was fine, buffing him and Last Whisper & its upgades at the same time was not a smart move, he's so oppressive when he snoballs a lead.

This buff broke him. Watched Hell's play him & since he had the gap on gold & lvl he literally oneshot Morganna half her health on the pounce followed up by skill 1 & dead 0 chance to even try.
i think i finally found my main been loving using him top and mid as hes a great option against so many champs
