Didn't go over this, but there's a very small possibility that a new game would be announced, but I think they would normally do that at bigger events.
I'd bet Warcraft 2 remastered IS the update to WC3 Reforged. Same engine, similar assets. More of an expansion to WC3 Reforged and less its own new game
