Last feather is hard… i phase everytime i got in range and then…no feather ^^
some one did the heirloom case?
if you have a garrison/shipyard it will cause phasing issues. there seems to be a way around it by having the first 3 and then partying syncing with someone who can see the feather.
cannot get the last one im phased from it for some reason

Feather Number 4 not visible at Frostridge location. Idol indicates the feather, but not visible. KInd of strange
