I recommend that you see a little the history of the game itself (the short films of each expansion, I know it is long but you will understand the story better).
You will realize that there are people who are dead and even today they are very remembered and even in future expansions I will bring them back, out of nostalgia, for what it means, I don't know. But catch
This expansion lasted a long time, and by far it was the best, at the time it had 10M-14M Players. It was a Legend to kill this guy in the game at the time, you were God.

Was both Arthas getting the affairs of the undead(specifically his faction, "the scourge") in order through his mental control over them, and the battle of wills in his head playing out its finale. Since because of the merge, the souls involved had to reach some sort of power balance(they merged after Arthas finally got to the Frozen Throne, and put on the crown/helmet. Long after he returned to Lordaeron and killed his father).
I'm sure you girls are really nice people, but it definetly takes away the point of a reaction to just talk over any dialogue of the trailer.
