Yeah I started hunting bots as well on Nightslayer. Since it's basically a TBC waiting room for me so why not. I still report but the response it weak.

I've said this In-Game Blizzard does not care about Bots at all because the Bots are a net positive for them. Paying monthly accounts, that boost their player numbers, and as a group represent thousands of "players" that will never ask them for a damn thing. Bots don't whine about Class Balance, No changes, Yes changes, Classic+, etc.

I assume some of the downfall are on me since i do much Ah on classic and cata +HC and i sell usually at the cheap side just get the stuff off my bags , but since Blizzard/microsoft in thier huge corporate wisdom for max profit cancelled gamecards and gift cards – I cannot play -well since Blizz/MS are a US company I say They really deserve this , and i cannot are less anymore about corporate stunts – I only feel " hate" for their desision .

in SOD(but gonna happen in 20th anni too) the GDKP gold makers that also sell gold cant make gold from GDKPs anymore
i notice ALOT more auction house campers compare to the players online and compare to Era/cata doing so normal people cannot sell any items at all and getting instant botted undercut
and 100% sure this is the same GDKP people who basically sell runs for gold and then use that gold to sell it for real money
becuase this is not a issue on era/cata ONLY Sod and the fresh servers
and becuase normal people cannot earn gold from Auction house anymore raw gold farms OR buy gold and then if buying gold more demand on gold for like botters & etc.
if people cannot earn gold from auction house and only raw gold farms then honestly understandable why buying gold
i notice alot more people in general just not having gold at all anymore compare to era/cata becuase they having hard time even selling stuff they farmed on auction house
please rework auction house so those auction house campers standing on AH 24/7 and properly botting it cannot work (even if non bot its still annoying af and you self have to become a auction house camper in order to sell stuff now never had this issue in Era at mid to late 2023 or in WOTLK classic)
Auction house campers i feel like is 1 of the root causes for this issue aswell since they are doing so people cant really make gold so they are starting to buy gold more
noticed the average people barely has enough for raid consummables and if wipes can easy run out
now imagine trying to sell like afew crafted potions: lets say elixirs for spell power 20 of them but you cant becuase like 4 Auction house campers is online(all might be bots) and camping those potions
and as soon you list them they are instant undercut making that average player more gold poor and feel like even more the need to buy gold becuase theirs items never sells
it took me 2 phases to get my epic mount becuase of these people becuase i just said fuck it cant earn gold via auction house anymore time to do raw gold instant and vendor stuff
meanwhile these people possible having all the needed BOEs they need + epic mounts on all chars. they have + over 50k gold and STILL need to ruin it for everyone else
its clear to see those (bot or not) Auction house campers is 1 of the root causes why people have the need to buy gold
Glad I chose OSRS Leagues XD Sucks I missed the early leveling, doubt I play now. After seeing SoD full, glad I didn't give them another chance.
Well in 20 years of extensive play, I've never experience the community being this toxic overall. I love the game and been waiting years to play again, but considering quitting because of that.

I have 8 days played and not really sure if I spotted a single bot. This current release has so many upsides, like huge playerbase, no issues with grouping, dual spec which completely outweights what videos like this reportedly are about, yet nobody talks about that.

why? they are the ones buying gold. They are the ones allowing blizzard to keep doing what they are doing by keep on playing.
i quit before i could ever get started. my warrior got banned for "botting". my warrior is not allowed to fish until bags full… 🙁 i like how thousands of bots are allowed to function, but someone like me just trying to enjoy the game… is not allowed. no no no… i guess i will just have to take my fishing skills elsewhere. maybe a free game like poe2. thats what elon and the cool kids are playing anyway.

How ironic that bots aren't being banned, meanwhile I got banned for botting a few days ago without ever botting. Makes you lose hope in the game
to little to late to be upset that fact that the community did not have a revolt or a strike till blizzard fixes it if everyone canceled there accounts in mass is the only way blizzard will pay attention its if there wallet takes a hit is when they will respond
