Raidleader if a guild that just got their first ce this tier (about half completely fresh in the game and not personally my first ce experience) I have some thoughts on this
If you hold a roster of 20 you will struggle to consistently raid as people have real lives, strive for 22-23 people to keep a roster stable
Unlike aotc killing mythic bosses actually has some comp requirements so much as you don’t need the me a dps comp, a strong healer comp and the right cc classes for the right bosses is crucial to get through it so keep it in mind whilst recruiting
Much as you don’t need to try hard to get ce, basic gear requirements are key as a raid logger will not have adequate muscle memory to be consistent at the later bosses and being bis geared definitely helps your dps where your skill lacks
If you have a player I. Your team that had never got a ce before, on the first 300 pull boss (which will easily happen with a new team) will 50/50 make him or her quit so expect and prepare for that to happen
A raid leader should meticulously over prepare for every encounter, raid leader exchange and viserio assignment sheets are your friend and the first thing you should do is to become comfortable with these
Likewise over analyse every raid night, mythic is full of prog stoppers and there is always a solve to any problem but you won’t find it if your not looking
