will a ryzen 3600 and a 1650s run 1080p at ultra at 60+ fps all the time even in raids or should i go with 5500xt?

I just bought a 1650 super and would like to ask which Ryzen CPU you'd recommend for WOW? I'm still running an Intel i5-4570.
I just bought the Asus ROG Strix 1650 Super and I'm extremely happy with the performance, especially since I upgraded from a GTX 780. I was playing on low settings and the fans were still extremely loud.
Now Im playing WOW with 1080p Ultra settings running world world without over clocking. The gpu is completely silent and I'm still getting 85-100 fps with the gpu running 50-60% load, and 65 fps on high settings with Nvidia surround active across 3 monitors… though I haven't done a raid yet…. Based on performance, this card is closer to the base 1660 than it is the 1650.

I have R5 3500x 4.1, 16gb 3200 MHz crucial memory, ssd 240 Samsung, 600w be quiet, b450a-pro max. It remains to buy a video card and choose between 1650s and 1660s. I want to save money without losing the quality of graphics. Please, advise, is it worth buying 1650s and will it be able to play in WoW on ultra settings on the open world and raids without lags?
