I was going to do hardcore until they announced you couldn’t transfer from hc to PvP. As a dad with a job and a special needs kid I have barely enough time for one character. So it’ll be PvP for me
If you are a sweat, no life, no kids, dont value time then go pvp. If you have a job and a real life/family then pve. Imagine still wanting to spend at least an hour just to enter brd.

How the fuck did they not think of ending in Wotlk and not TBC? Classic fresh should've ended in Wotlk. End of story.
Even though I do have a child and time is limited compared to the past, I’m going PvP. Too many fun memories doing wpvp in the Outlands.
Just a quick note, per the blue post no transfers off PVP servers….On these new Anniversary realms, transfers will be unavailable (except for transfers to a Normal realm for Hardcore characters). Normal realm characters must remain on Normal realms, and PvP realm characters will be locked to PvP realms. On Hardcore realms, should players wish to transfer either dead or living characters to a Normal realm, they will be able to do so. There is no way to transfer back to Hardcore realms.
I have always played on pvp servers. This time though, learning from my 2019 experience, I will be going to pve server. My time is worth to much to spend what little free time I have getting ganked in the name of World PVP. Ive seen a few polls that show quite a few people are going pve this time round. Most likely for the same exact reason, pvp is fun, one sided fights/ ganking is not fun.
"While the ability to transfer characters between realms of different rulesets isn't available for PvE and PvP realms, Hardcore characters can transfer to non-Hardcore Normal PvE Anniversary realms, so feel free to revive your un-alived characters on Normal PvE Anniversary realms after your transfer." – Blizzard
The only realm you can xfer from is hardcore > PVE. You've never been able to xfer from PVP to regular. So choose wisely.
Going hardcore and when I die I'll be happy because I was going to a pve server anyway
does anyone know if the dungeon finder is going to be the random dungeon finder of if its going to be more like queing for a specefic one and waiting.

I usually play Pvp servers but they are to toxic. Sod gave me some of the worse world pvp I have experienced. PvE for me this time.
So if you dont play on a PVP server, tell me, what is the point of factions?

first of all let me say.. definitely not doing pvp server again it was disgusting. I would say less than 1/20 of the open world "fights" were anything resembling a fair fight or what you would expect when you think world pvp.
Also – invest in a mustache trimmer man.. you could do better that's your face bro take care of it 🙂

Gonna make hunter on pvp server, and will gank every alliance on sight 1-60. Just nonstop open world ganking, After 2 week when open world is dead , back to retail m+, cuz there is nothing else to do at 60 in classic if you dont play warrior,mage,rogue or healer.

1:45 blizzard has said you won't be able to transfer whatsoever. Even PVP -> PVE.
pvp for the political entertainment of guilds griefing each others buffs or chaos at world bosses
Play hardcore if you dont want to be able to do battlegrounds.
too many soys in comments crying about pvp realms… just goto ur pve realm destroy the bosses in 15sec then afk in the city for 10 hrs a day and watch ur realm die out before pvp realms… ur annoying LOL
The pvp servers will have FORCED faction balance EVEN on EVERY layer there will be NO BIG pvp events because of FORCED faction balance its kind of hard to organize big pvp events with FORCED faction balance on every layer.
As we all remember the headaches of getting ganked to no end from either faction on pvp servers then crying endlessly transfering off every single time then having to re level every single time just save your self the headache this time its just 1 year until tbc fresh.
Avoid the streamer hardcore it will have a big log in queue for months because of their cult chats wanting to play with them but its guild self found so they cant help.the streamers will re roll alliance eventually level on normal pve servers and their cult chats will follow.
