If you go in through the entrance hall by jug up the stairs to the right past the dragon statue. If you open that door just to the right there is a table with another chess piece on it.
fireplaces can be lit with fire weapon mod, found it first day couldnt find anything else to do with it.

Maybe the rat king crown u have to sit on the chair below vulturaid its a random chair so maybe u could sit in it as like a throne?
