Like ok the shroud was op but bring back the Q heal (at max energy) or the energy regen from the passive she is not a fighter at all or that powerful of an assassin…..look at the champions u released since this video and u will know even the extended duration of the shroud shows that u went all out to nerf this champ.

most of her removed mechanics was actually well impemented to her from pre-rework Akali, I dont know why people was complaining about then now, when she coudl heal, burst and dash alot even back then, energy regen on passive was probably most hurting because without it Akali can only use 5 Q's instead of almost infnite as long as you keep hitting enemy champs with it, like she used to be.
Now, she's Pro play toy, that was stolen form true devoted mains like myself and given to chinese/ korean hands that care only if champion is strong, not if its fun.
Riot ruined League for me by destroying Akali and giving her to pro play…..

I learned Akali in Wild Rift, so I don't know her older history. Anyone knows why Akali was reworked at the first place? She used to have different skills when she was first introduced in LoL. I didn't manage to play her previous version.

I miss her Shroud completely invisible under tower and her Q deals two types of damage in just one skill and it heals, the era where Magic resist and armor is useless because almost everyone deals mixed damage. Now her Q only deals magic damage and no heal but still scales on AD but still I really love her old rework.

I’d say the most balanced (difficulty wise) assassin. Has a fair amount of little quirks and tricks to benefit a pro player while also having button mashing be a “usable” tactic. And I find that just by playing you always have that last little bit of damage needed to kill the enemy which encourages you to take advantage of said tricks.
You guys don’t understand, she eats noodles with her ctrl+1 interaction, I became an Akali main because of this effect. She built my confidence and my true power imbued with my love of the champion and I became who I am today. Akali kinda saved my life
