The EFL Championship in Career Mode only has seven subs instead of nine.
In the Premier League, the fourth official's electronic board displays the players' numbers in the wrong order during substitution cutscenes.
When editing players, you can't remove gloves or wristbands.
The Edit Real Players menu is unnecessarily clunky and has been for years. If you edit a player and save your changes, it takes you all the way back to the 'Customise' menu and you have to go through the process of Edit Real Players > Male/Female Player then scroll through the Country/Region, League and Teams to edit another player. It should be streamlined so that when you save your changes for a player, it takes you back to the team of the player you were just editing.
The Defensive Approach 'Deep' is broken. The defensive line instantly retreats out of possession and gives up too much space which allows the other team freedom to run at goal. They should defend in a low block but not instantly retreat and give up ground easily.
The club badge on the Hull City goalkeeper's shorts illuminates like a strobe light.
Here are my bugs for tactical view .subs come on without you doing them even. Edited team sheets not applying to career has broken the game for so many of us, its infuriating and they claim on their forums its "fixed"
Bug in manager career mode: when you're in a match, either playing or simulating, when you go go to team management for the first time to make changes, nothing happens, but when you go to team management for the second time, you cant exit the screen. Thé "back" button just doesnt work anymore
There is also a bug for the tattoos in player career as the only tattoo you can add now is just a singular tattoo on your left leg and it doesn’t give you any other options for any other area

yes i take irish shelbourne coach Damian Duff on Ps5 CM with Leeds and the hairs changed , i try many times . Sometimes he got a cap with long hair sometimes the hairs are bigger. Big Bug.
